Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using gebaje in any capacity — whether as a registered account holder or a non-registered visitor — you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
These Terms apply to all products and services offered through gebaje.app, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, hockey), live casino games, video slots, crash games (including Mines Gold), and any future product categories introduced on the platform.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with the following supplementary documents, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and gebaje:
- The Privacy Policy, which explains how gebaje collects, stores, and uses your personal data.
- The Responsible Gaming Policy, which outlines the player protection tools available to you and our commitments regarding safe gambling.
- Any bonus-specific terms, promotional rules, or campaign conditions published on the gebaje platform at the time of a promotion.

Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
gebaje is an adults-only platform. Access to and use of the gebaje platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You are at least 18 years of age. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game or betting activity on gebaje.

gebaje reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from any account holder at any time. Acceptable verification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh or other recognised authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension.
Section 3
Account Registration
To access the full range of gebaje products and services, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details.
One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one registered account on gebaje. The operation of multiple accounts — whether in the same name, under different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where gebaje identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended or closed and any balances forfeited pending investigation.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. gebaje will never ask you to share your password via email, SMS, or any other channel. You must notify gebaje immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other service.
- Do not share your account credentials with any other person — each player must use their own account.
- Enable any additional security features offered by gebaje (e.g., OTP-based login verification) where available.
- Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
- Notify gebaje immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
gebaje supports a range of Bangladesh-friendly payment methods to ensure fast, convenient, and fee-efficient transactions for all players. Supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
- All deposits must be made using a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your gebaje account within 1–5 minutes.
- Bank transfers may take 30 minutes to 2 hours to be credited, depending on the originating bank.
- gebaje does not charge deposit fees, but your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges.
- gebaje reserves the right to request source-of-funds verification for large deposits in accordance with our anti-money-laundering obligations.
Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
- Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used to make the original deposit. For example, funds deposited via bKash must be withdrawn to the same registered bKash account.
- All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players who have not completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may experience delays.
- gebaje aims to process the majority of withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
- Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements associated with the applicable bonus. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
- gebaje reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals pending fraud investigation where unusual account activity is detected.
bKash & Nagad
Primary payment methods. Deposits credited within 1–5 minutes. Withdrawals processed within 24 hours.
Bank Transfers
Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and others accepted. Standard processing 30 min–2 hours.
Secure Processing

Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
gebaje periodically offers bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and Bangladesh Tigers ICC fixtures. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion in addition to the general bonus rules set out below.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are available to verified account holders aged 18 and above only.
- Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
- Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
- The standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless a specific promotion states a different requirement.
- Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10–20%, and sports bets contribute at a rate specified in the individual promotion terms.
- gebaje reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and close any account where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, or collusion.
- Bonuses have an expiry period (typically 7–30 days from issue). Any unmet wagering requirements at the time of expiry will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being forfeited.
Section 6
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed and games played on gebaje are subject to the rules of the individual sport, game, or event, as well as the general platform rules set out below. In the event of a conflict between platform rules and game-provider-specific rules, the game provider's certified rules shall prevail for casino games.
Sports Betting
- All cricket bets (BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures) are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body.
- In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. gebaje reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice.
- Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or cancelled without resumption within 48 hours will be settled as void and stakes returned.
- Suspected match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other manipulation of a sporting event will result in all associated bets being voided and the relevant accounts suspended pending investigation.
- Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply. Current limits are published in the sportsbook section of the platform.
Casino & Slot Games
- All casino games are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems independently audited by third-party testing agencies.
- In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, the outcome of that round will be determined by the game provider's certified system. Where a round cannot be completed, the stake will be returned.
- gebaje is not liable for losses incurred due to the player's own internet connection instability.
- Progressive jackpot prizes are paid in full in a single payment. Tax obligations (if any) on winnings are the sole responsibility of the player.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the gebaje platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed and may forfeit all account balances and pending withdrawals.
- Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to make deposits.
- Money laundering: Using the platform to deposit, process, or withdraw funds obtained through illegal activity.
- Chargebacks: Filing illegitimate chargeback requests with your payment provider after voluntarily making a deposit on gebaje.
- Bonus abuse: Opening multiple accounts, using VPNs, or coordinating with other players to exploit bonus offers in ways not intended by the promotion.
- Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports betting market.
- Use of automation: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
- Minors gambling: Knowingly allowing or facilitating access to the gebaje platform by any person under 18 years of age.
- Impersonation: Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials to access or operate a gebaje account.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
gebaje reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where there is reason to believe that these Terms have been breached, where fraud or money laundering is suspected, or where it is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players may request the closure of their gebaje account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. On receipt of a closure request, gebaje will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balances before closing the account. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.
Involuntary Suspension
Involuntary suspension may be applied where: (a) a player is suspected of breaching these Terms; (b) a chargeback is filed; (c) identity verification documents are not provided within the required timeframe; (d) suspicious betting patterns are detected; or (e) a self-exclusion request is received. During a suspension, the player will be unable to deposit, bet, or withdraw until the matter is resolved.
- gebaje will endeavour to notify suspended players by email within 24 hours of a suspension being applied, where it is safe and appropriate to do so.
- Players who believe their account has been suspended in error may contact [email protected] to initiate a formal review.
- Where a permanent closure is applied due to confirmed breach of Terms, gebaje is not obligated to return bonus funds, promotional winnings, or funds deposited after the breach was identified.
Section 9
Responsible Gaming
gebaje is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all aspects of the platform. Gambling is a form of entertainment, not a guaranteed source of income. We strongly encourage all players to set personal limits, take regular breaks, and seek help promptly if they feel gambling may be adversely affecting their life.
Deposit Limits
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits activate immediately; increases require a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period.
Session Reminders
Enable timed session notifications to remind you how long you have been playing and encourage regular breaks.
Self-Exclusion
Request a temporary cooling-off period (24 hours to 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion by emailing [email protected].
Age Verification
Strict 18+ enforcement. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and deposits returned.

Intellectual Property
All content on the gebaje platform — including but not limited to the gebaje brand name, logo, website design, graphics, layout, software, text, data, and game assets — is the intellectual property of gebaje or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
- You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any gebaje content without prior written consent.
- Game content (including slot graphics, live casino streams, and crash game mechanics) is the property of the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi) and is subject to their respective intellectual property rights.
- Scraping, data-mining, or systematic extraction of any data from the gebaje platform using automated tools is strictly prohibited.

Section 11
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gebaje, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to access the gebaje platform due to technical outages, maintenance windows, or force majeure events.
- Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain adequate account security (e.g., shared passwords).
- Decisions made based on inaccurate or incomplete odds, market information, or score data displayed on the platform during a technical fault.
- Any gambling losses incurred in the normal course of play — gambling involves inherent financial risk and gebaje does not guarantee any winnings.
- Third-party payment provider delays, failures, or errors outside of gebaje's direct control.
gebaje's total aggregate liability to any individual player, arising from any cause whatsoever under these Terms, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.
Section 12
Amendments to Terms
gebaje reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates in applicable law, changes to our product offerings, or improvements to platform policies. We are committed to communicating material changes clearly and in advance.
When significant changes are made to these Terms, gebaje will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform for a period of no less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Minor clarifications or corrections may take effect immediately without advance notice.

- Your continued use of the gebaje platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
- If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
- The version of these Terms in effect at the time a dispute arises shall govern that dispute, regardless of any subsequent amendments.
